In the Invasion of Basque, after going to places like Anglet, Bayonne, and Ciboure, Invader returned to Biarritz, continuing his mission of Global Space Invasion in Basque, also being the first invaded city in the French Basque. This time, Invader added Guéthary to the mix, a city 10km away from Biarritz. In this blog, we will cover the mosaics BAB_33 to BAB_42.

The Collection

BAB_33

BAB_33 is placed near the BAB_03 in the Passage Monplaisir, depicting a landscape of the coast of Biarritz with the Invader sun peeking over the horizon.

Over the seashore of Guéthary, specifically at the pier of the Passerelle Itsasoan, a local historical landmark, BAB_34 depicts a fish, starfish, and an Invader. Sadly, it is later covered with black paint and cannot be seen.

Above the signs of the restaurant of Le Blé Noir, a café serving delicate crêpes and pancakes, BAB_38 continues on the previous theme and portrays an orange Invader surfing, similar to the design of BAB_09.

An ordinary-looking red Invader, BAB_39, is placed on the second story of a building with the first floor being Maison de l'espadrille, a store selling various shoes. The subject of the mosaic is looking down-right towards the sidewalk.
