It has been two weeks since Invader was active, installing the mosaic PA_1531, and fans have been speculating about some major projects coming along. Finally, Invader revealed that he has been working on an Invasion Map, the 28 series publications on the most recent Invasion in Basque, particularly the Biarritz, Anglet, and Bayonne areas (BAB).
Invasion of Basque
Beginning in October 2024, the Invasion of Basque features 60 mosaics, each meticulously designed to reflect the local culture, traditions, and identity of the Basque Country. Blending the mosaics with Invader's signature pixelated style, the pieces incorporate elements such as the Basque flag and surfing culture in the region. Each mosaic varies, from the beach and marine life to traditional Basque motifs like the beret and Ikurriña.
Invasion Map
Invader posted an Instagram Story on the day of the issue of this blog, which featured the cover of the Invasion Map: Invasion of BAB. It is in a red and green color scheme, matching the official Basque flag. The Invasion Map adopts a classical and nostalgic theme, referencing the rich history of the Basque country.
However, currently, it is unknown when Invader is releasing the Invasion Map, but it is probably going to be sold at the official Space Shop. So keep your eyes peeled for them if you want to own one of Invader’s publications!
