Invasion of Orléans: The ORLN_07 - ORLN_12 Mosaics

As Invader’s Global Space Invasion continues in Orléans in France, we cover the remaining 6 mosaics of the 12 mosaics in the city, specifically the ORLN_07 to ORLN_12.

The Mosaics

ORLN_07

Being a direct replica of ORLN_06, barring its much larger size, ORLN_07 is placed on top of a road sign. This mosaic is without its reflective appearance on its body, and the reflective material is only found in its eyes.

ORLN_08

Believed to be a replica of ORLN_02, the eighth mosaic has the same design and material as the second with reflective properties on its border and its eyes, and is placed on top of a road sign.

ORLN_09

With a gold reflective appearance along with a sky and marine blue background, ORLN_09 is placed on one of the pillars of the reinforced concrete railroad bridge called the Pont de Vierzon, which spans the Loire.

ORLN_10

Similar to ORLN_01, ORLN_10 also has a whirly pattern, but it is in a different color scheme, specifically in brown. It is installed above a road sign next to a lamp.

ORLN_11

ORLN_11 is one of the more unique mosaics of the 12. There is a squirrel next to the Invader placed side by side, creating a cute image that observes people walking by.

ORLN_12

Currently, we assume ORLN_12 is the final mosaic of the first wave Invasion of Orléans. It depicts a woman raising a yellow flag, which has a red Invader on it. The mosaic is referencing the real life flag of Orléans.
