Recently, we have talked about the enigmatic street artist Invader paying homage to the Paris Olympics through a unique artistic approach to the Olympic Rings along the Seine River. Known for his pixelated mosaics, the anonymous artist once again crafted a series of five characters that celebrated the spirit of the Olympic Games.

The Global Space Invasion
The Global Space Invasion project is Invader's ambitious endeavor to spread his art worldwide. Since the late 1990s when he initiated the idea of invasions, he has installed over 4,000 mosaics in cities across the globe. Each installation is carefully mapped and cataloged on his website, where fans can hunt down his invasions with his app, FlashInvaders. This project transforms urban spaces into interactive art galleries, encouraging people to explore their cities while discovering these hidden gems. Invader's work has become a cultural phenomenon, symbolizing the intersection of art, technology, and public space.

Before the Olympic Rings
Before the five mosaics, Invader added 10 additional mosaic installations from the end of June with PA_1503 to early August with PA_1512. The last post on his Instagram before the most recent Olympics tribute is about PA_1509, the Invasion of Paris; But the most recent mosaic before the newest one is PA_1512, another mosaic that pays tribute the the Olympics in France. The mosaic PA_1512 is located at the Olympic venue, Hôtel de Ville, depicting a FlashInvader running in a direction.

The Five Olympic Ring Mosaics
The 5 Olympic Ring mosaics are located along the Seine River and are inspired by the same color scheme of the Olympics Logo. Coded from left to right, up to down, PA_1513 is the blue Invader and PA_1517 is the green one.

The blue Space Invader, PA_1513 is located at 2 Rue de l'Ingénieur Robert Keller on a building, believed to be a culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu.

The black Space Invader, PA_1514 is located at 1910 Port des Champs-Élysées down the Pont Alexandre III bridge on a brick wall, in the section of Cours la Reine.

The red Space Invader, PA_1515 is located at 27 Pl. Dauphine, 75001 Paris, on top of Atelier Du Geste À L'emotion, which is a pastry shop.
PA_1516
The yellow Space Invader, PA_1516 is located on the Île Saint-Louis Island, near the Square Barye, at the edge of the island to be exact, requiring you to go downstairs from the park to access.
PA_1517
The green Space Invader, PA_1517 is located in the intersection between Quai de Bercy and Rue Joseph Kessel near the Parc de Percy, on the first foot bridge.
